Our Values

Appreciation

Have an Attitude of Gratitude

We count on you to notice the good around you— whether it’s a small win, a kind gesture, or the effort someone puts in. A simple “thank you” can brighten someone’s day and create the kind of workplace where people feel valued and respected. And above all, be kind— because kindness makes everything better.

Beyond Expectation

Find The Way

We ask you to go beyond “just enough” and look for ways to make things better. If there’s a problem, be part of the solution. If there’s an obstacle, find a way around it. Great service comes from a mindset of making things happen, not just getting things done.

Attitude

Be Phenomenal

We count on you to bring the right energy to every task, every challenge, and every interaction. A great attitude isn’t just about staying positive— it’s about being proactive, finding solutions, and always striving to do better.

Culture of Discipline

Disciplined People, Disciplined Thought, Disciplined Action

We need you to show up with focus and follow through on what needs to be done. It’s not about working harder— it’s about working smarter, staying organised, and making sure every action moves us forward in the right way.

Integrity

Walk the Walk

Doing what’s right isn’t just about following rules— it’s about being honest, reliable, and keeping your word. We ask you to be someone others can trust, take responsibility when things go wrong, and always act in a way that reflects who we are as a company.

Inclusiveness

Celebrate and Empower

We need you to make sure everyone —colleagues and clients alike— feels seen, heard, and valued. Respect differences, listen with an open mind, and support each other. Being inclusive isn’t just about fairness— it’s about kindness, too. A strong team isn’t just about working together— it’s about lifting each other up.

Marianne Shelley

Registered Manager

Marianne is a compassionate and capable care professional who brings a grounded, hands-on approach to managing and delivering domiciliary care. Her journey into the care sector began in 2020 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when she stepped into a frontline role as a Health Care Support Worker. What started as a response to a crisis quickly became a calling. Marianne’s natural commitment to people and her belief in truly person-centred care saw her rise swiftly through the ranks—from Field Care Supervisor to Care Coordinator, and then to Registered Manager.

Having worked directly in people’s homes, she understands the day-to-day realities and emotional nuances of providing care. She tailors support plans to the unique needs of every individual, ensuring that independence and dignity remain at the heart of every service delivered. Her leadership is both practical and compassionate—always focused on creating a team culture where care staff feel valued, trained, and supported.

Marianne has managed domiciliary care companies in Swansea and Neath Port Talbot, consistently achieving strong CIW and local authority audit outcomes. Her responsibilities have included overseeing compliance, safeguarding investigations, medication auditing, and team development—all while keeping service quality and client wellbeing as her top priorities. She currently holds a Level 4/5 QCF in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care and serves as a Medicines Management Community Assessor, working in partnership with both Swansea and NPT councils.

Passionate about mentoring, she holds a Level 3 qualification in Education and Training and frequently delivers courses in areas such as manual handling, medication, and emergency first aid. She particularly enjoys welcoming new Health Care Support Workers into the profession, ensuring they are equipped to provide confident and safe care.

Alongside her professional work, Marianne is committed to lifelong learning and is currently studying toward a BSc (Hons) in Geology with the Open University—something she approaches with the same curiosity and discipline she brings to her work.

Warm, experienced, and wholly committed to raising care standards, Marianne leads with both heart and knowledge, helping to ensure that every individual receives care they can trust and depend on.

Jatin Kumra

Responsible Individual

Jatin Kumra’s path into care began long before he ever thought of it as a business. From a young age, he found himself closely involved in caring for older members of his own family—especially during their final days. Whether it was helping with small things, offering company, or taking responsibility for their last rites, Jatin naturally stepped into a role of support and compassion. Over time, this instinct extended beyond his own family to elderly relatives of friends and neighbours, and it quietly became part of who he was.

That deep, personal connection to older adults is what eventually led him to the care sector. Wanting to understand what truly makes care meaningful, he spent time in frontline roles—walking in the shoes of caregivers and learning firsthand what families go through when they put their trust in someone else to look after their loved ones. It was in those moments, sitting with people in their living rooms and listening to their stories, that his commitment to quality care really took shape.

After spending 25 years working in operations, systems, and technology across other industries, Jatin made a conscious decision to bring that experience into care—not to make it more clinical, but to support it with the structure, consistency, and transparency it often lacks. What matters to him isn’t size or scale—it’s whether people feel seen, safe, and respected in their own homes.

He believes care should never feel like a transaction. It should feel like a promise—a quiet one, made daily, to treat people with the same dignity and warmth we’d want for our own.

Team

Our Committed Carers

At the heart of our service is a team of people who didn’t just choose care as a career—they were drawn to it because they care deeply. Many of our team members have supported loved ones of their own, and they bring that same level of empathy and dedication into every home they enter. We don’t just look for skills—we look for heart. Because in this work, kindness, patience, and trust matter just as much as knowledge.

Every person we welcome onto our team is here for a reason. They’ve shown us, through their words and their actions, that they’re willing to go the extra mile—to offer a reassuring hand, to listen without rushing, and to treat those they care for with the same respect they’d offer their own family. Our care team isn’t made up of people doing a job. It’s made up of people answering a calling.

We know how hard it is to trust someone else with the care of someone you love. That’s why we take every possible step to make sure the people who represent us are not only trained and capable, but also trustworthy and deeply compassionate. Every carer we work with is carefully selected, thoroughly vetted, and regularly supported with ongoing development and guidance.

When you welcome one of our team members into your home, you’re not just getting a carer—you’re getting someone who understands how important it is to feel safe, valued, and cared for.

Our comprehensive vetting process includes:

Skills Verification | Professional Reference Checks | Mandatory Training | Criminal Record Checks | Competences | Work Aptitude | Employment Eligibility | Employment History | Personal Reference Checks | Face to Face Interview | Education History | Care Experience
