Ginny

Ginny’s journey into care began from a natural instinct to look after people who needed patience, reassurance, and a familiar face they could rely on. Before joining Kumra Care full-time, she spent years supporting older adults across residential and nursing settings, often working long, demanding shifts where she became a steady, calming presence for residents and their families. Over time, she developed a deep understanding of how vulnerable moments feel for both the person receiving care and the people who love them.

With hands-on experience in dementia care, end-of-life support, complex conditions, and emergency response, Ginny brings a calm confidence to her role at Kumra Care. Families often say they appreciate how she listens first, acts thoughtfully, and treats every individual with dignity and respect. Her strong communication skills and background in detailed record-keeping mean nothing is rushed, overlooked, or left unclear.

Before moving into care, Ginny spent more than a decade in customer-facing roles where reliability, empathy, and problem-solving were essential. She now combines that experience with her health and social care training to offer support that is both compassionate and organised. She works closely with carers, clients, and families to make sure everyone feels informed, comfortable, and included in decisions.

Ginny’s commitment is simple: to be someone families can trust. Whether she is supporting a new assessment, guiding a client through a difficult day, or coordinating care behind the scenes, she brings the same calm, steady reassurance that people remember long after the visit ends.
