Growing up in a joint household where elders were deeply respected, he learned early on that good care is built on patience, dignity, and being present when it matters most. These experiences shaped his understanding of what families really go through when a loved one needs support.

Alongside this personal grounding, Jatin brings over 25 years of experience in operations, compliance, quality oversight, and people and systems management. This background allows him to build a calm, organised, and dependable service where families never have to worry about confusion, delays, or gaps in communication. His focus at Kumra Care is simple: to create a service that families can rely on without stress or uncertainty. He believes that clients should feel safe, informed, and listened to at every stage. His role is to make sure the systems behind the scenes are strong, so carers can give their full attention to the people they support.
