Pauline Davies

Pauline brings over a decade of hands-on experience in community support, shaped by years of working closely with vulnerable adults and older individuals across Swansea, Brecon and surrounding areas. Her approach has always been rooted in dignity, respect and genuine human connection, something that families immediately feel when they meet her. With a background spanning personal care, safe moving and handling, medication support, meal preparation and companionship, Pauline understands not just what good care looks like, but what it feels like for the person receiving it.

After stepping away from work in 2015 to care for her late husband through illness, Pauline returned to community life by volunteering in retail and customer-facing roles. This allowed her to rebuild confidence, reconnect with people and continue supporting others in a meaningful way. Her voluntary work also reflects her naturally giving nature—she is the kind of person who shows up, takes responsibility and quietly makes sure everything is running as it should.

Those who work with Pauline value her calm presence, reliability and the reassurance she brings into each home she enters. She is trained and experienced in key areas such as personal care, safeguarding, food safety, manual handling, health and safety, stoma care and care with dignity. Families appreciate that she carries all this experience with humility and compassion, always focusing on what will make someone feel safe, respected and supported.

With her warm personality and steady professionalism, Pauline is a comforting and capable part of the team—someone who treats each individual with the same care and attention she once dedicated to her own loved ones.
